Role-Fit Evidence PackOperated by Reality Contact, LLC

Specific answer

Mapping nontraditional technical experience to a job description

A method for extracting role dimensions, finding direct artifacts, separating evidence from inference, and preserving genuine knowledge gaps.

A nontraditional background becomes legible when each important role requirement points to a concrete artifact and the matrix says plainly where the evidence is indirect, weak, missing, or impossible to verify.

Turn the role description into testable dimensions

Read the full role description and separate responsibilities, required qualifications, preferred qualifications, domain context, collaboration expectations, and evidence implied by the work. Combine duplicates without broadening them. A phrase such as production systems may imply deployment, monitoring, incident response, reliability decisions, and ownership, but the matrix should preserve which of those the employer actually names.

Limit the first pass to ten dimensions that materially affect fit. For each, copy a short role phrase, state the operational capability it appears to request, and note whether it is required or preferred. The United States Office of Personnel Management advises applicants to compare their experience and education with listed qualification requirements. The same discipline helps prevent a candidate from answering a role that exists only in their interpretation.

Search the candidate's work for direct proof

Look across repositories, shipped systems, project records, technical writing, diagrams, talks, research, incident reports, and work samples the candidate may lawfully use. Prefer an artifact produced during the work over a later claim about it. Record its title, date, path or URL, relevant excerpt or behavior, the candidate's role, and any privacy or attribution limit.

Classify the connection as direct evidence, bounded inference, candidate recollection, or absent. A deployed runtime with tool interfaces can directly support an agent-infrastructure dimension. It may only weakly support large-team production ownership unless the artifact also records operating scale, incidents, or responsibility. One impressive project should not be made to answer every requirement.

Keep presentation gaps separate from knowledge gaps

A presentation gap exists when relevant work is real but hidden, poorly named, or detached from the role language. A knowledge gap exists when the candidate has no evidence of the requested capability. An unverifiable claim exists when the candidate remembers the work but cannot cite or responsibly disclose it. Those categories lead to different actions: revise the resume, select a proof artifact, state a bounded gap, or omit the claim.

Role-Fit Evidence Pack is operated by Reality Contact, LLC. The candidate confirms every fact, citation, and permitted use and decides what to submit. The matrix interprets one role against supplied artifacts; it does not verify employment, determine hiring eligibility, contact the employer, or promise that the employer will weigh any dimension the same way.

Where the service stops

Reality Contact, LLC prepares the evidence document but does not give employment advice, verify work history, contact employers, submit applications, invent achievements, impersonate candidates, or promise outcomes. The candidate confirms every fact and citation, chooses what to use, controls all communications, and personally applies and interviews. This is candidate document preparation; it does not replace professional legal, employment, immigration, credential, or career advice. We do not promise interviews, offers, employer interest, factual verification beyond supplied sources, or a favorable assessment of any evidence or gap.

Free role-to-evidence matrix

A finished matrix classifies ten role dimensions as strong, weak, missing, or unverifiable, with a cited artifact or precise missing-evidence statement. The matrix arrives within two business days after the role, resume, and readable artifact index are received.
